Shipping Delays

DPA Research Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, transit times are no longer within our control.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after handoff to the carrier.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research‑grade materials, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstance.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Once an order is placed:

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us via e-mail (dpawellness.physique@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging and product

  • A description of the issue

We will review the situation and determine next steps.

Unauthorized Use

Any communication suggesting human or animal use will result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of the order

  • Permanent account restriction

  • No refund issued
